Local SEO support  to help nearby customers find your business

Help people in your area find out what you offer and how to contact you. I help small businesses improve their Google Business Profile and website information, with clear advice and practical changes.

Does this sound familiar?

Many small business owners struggle with getting found locally. Here are the common challenges we fix every day without confusing jargon or expensive surprises.

Uncertain about your Google presence

You are not sure how your business appears on Google. You might have set up a profile years ago, but you do not know whether it is fully completed, verified, or showing customers the right details.

Mismatched details across the web

Old opening hours, outdated contact numbers, or broken website links leave potential customers confused and push them straight to your competitors instead.

Unclear service areas on your website

Visitors may understand your services, but struggle to work out which towns or neighbourhoods you actually cover, causing you to lose valuable local leads.

Overwhelmed by technical jargon

You do not need to master complex technical terms. You simply need accurate information, clear local service pages, and a sensible, affordable plan to get started.

Hi, I’m Tasha—the person behind Digital Avenue Marketing

Digital Avenue Marketing, or DAM for short, is based in Willenhall. I help small businesses across Wolverhampton and the West Midlands make their local marketing clearer, simpler, and easier to manage.

I started DAM because I know how tough it can feel to find reliable support when your budget is limited and you are not sure where to begin. After completing a seven-month digital marketing course, I decided to help local business owners take those crucial first steps.

Local SEO simply means helping search engines and nearby customers understand what you do and where you do it. I will review your Google Business Profile, website, and key business listings to identify exactly what needs improving. Depending on your package, I can make the changes for you or provide a clear action plan to follow. You will work directly with me—with honest advice, everyday language, and no confusing jargon.

What’s included in your local SEO package

Practical improvements with a clear scope to boost your visibility. Only the work listed in your quote is included, keeping everything transparent and jargon-free. New pages, paid listings, ongoing updates, and major technical repairs can be quoted separately.

A full review of how your business information appears across your website, Google Business Profile, and agreed online listings. Includes hands-on updates to your profile categories, services, description, opening hours, contact details, and website link.

Website improvements

Targeted updates on agreed key pages across your site. We optimize page titles, search meta descriptions, headings, and local service-area content to help nearby customers quickly understand where you work and what you do.

Direct corrections to your business name, address or service area, and phone number across agreed directory listings where access allows. You also receive a straightforward guide on asking customers for honest reviews and responding effectively.

Written summary & follow-up checks

A concise written report detailing the completed work, any outstanding issues, and recommended next steps for your marketing. Follow-up checks are included to review the impact of the agreed changes and keep your local presence on track.

Only the work listed in your quote is included. New website pages, paid directory listings, ongoing updates and substantial technical website repairs are quoted separately.

What I’ll need from you

To get started on your local SEO, you’ll provide your core business details, services, opening hours, areas covered, website address, and suitable business photos. I’ll also need the appropriate access to your website, Google Business Profile, and any agreed listings we plan to update.

You will always remain the sole owner of all your accounts. If Google requests verification for your profile along the way, you’ll simply need to complete the required verification steps.

What it costs

Know exactly what you are paying for before we start. One-off local SEO support starts from £150, covering a core review of your local search presence, Google Business Profile optimisation, and targeted adjustments to key website pages. The quote depends on how many website pages and directory listings are involved, the current condition of your information, and whether your Google profile needs creating from scratch or simply refreshing.

If you prefer ongoing maintenance, support packages start from £95 per month and include routine Google profile updates, monthly review monitoring, and local visibility checks. I will always explain the recommended work, what is included, and any additional costs upfront before you decide—with clear advice, straightforward pricing, and no hidden surprises.

How we’ll get started

A simple, transparent four-step process to boost your local visibility without complicated contracts or technical overwhelm.

1. Tell me about your business

Share what you do, where you work, and any concerns you have about being found locally by nearby customers.

2. We agree the work and price

I will clearly explain the scope, key deliverables, and timescales upfront so you know exactly what is included with no hidden surprises.

3. You provide your information

Complete a short questionnaire and securely share the details, photos, and account access needed to begin the work.

4. I get to work

I review your local presence, carry out all agreed improvements across your profile and website, and clearly explain your next steps.

A few questions you might have

Clear, straightforward answers about local SEO, Google Business Profiles, and how we can work together to get your business found.

What’s the difference between Local SEO and a Google Business Profile?

Your Google Business Profile is one part of your local online presence. Local SEO can also involve your website, service-area information and business listings. The work we agree will depend on what you already have and where support is needed.

Can you help if I don’t have a website?

Yes. We can discuss your Google Business Profile and relevant business listings. You don’t need to commission a website just to ask for help with those.

I work from home or travel to customers. Can you still help?

Yes. Tell me how your business operates so we can agree suitable support. Your profile and website should accurately represent whether customers visit you, you travel to them, or both.

Can you guarantee I’ll be first on Google?

No. I won’t promise a particular position or number of enquiries. I can improve the information you control, carry out the agreed work and explain what has changed.

Is this a one-off service or ongoing work?

Both can be useful. A one-off package can address the agreed issues, while ongoing support can help keep information current as your business changes. I’ll explain the options so you can choose what suits your needs and budget.

Let’s help local customers understand what you offer

If you’re unsure whether your Google profile or website is giving people the right information, I can help you find a starting point. Send me your business name, website address if you have one, and the areas you serve. I’ll reply with any questions I need answered and explain the support I recommend, along with clear pricing.
