Digital Marketing Audits

Find out what’s working, what needs attention and where to start.

You’ve put time into your website or social media, but is it helping people understand your business and take the next step?

A Digital Avenue Marketing audit gives you a fresh pair of eyes, honest feedback and a clear plan for making improvements.

Social Media Audit: £99 | Website Audit: £149

Both include a review of your online presence, a competitor review and a 30-day action plan for you to follow.

Does this sound familiar?

  • You’re posting on social media, but getting very little response.

  • Your website looks fine to you, but you’re unsure whether customers can find what they need.

  • You know something could be better, but don’t know where to start.

You don’t need to understand marketing to make useful changes. You just need to know what to look at and what to do next.

What is a digital marketing audit?

An audit is a review of how your business presents itself online.

I look at your website or social media from a potential customer’s point of view. Can they quickly understand what you offer? Are your details easy to find? Is it clear how to contact you, book or buy?

I highlight what’s working, explain what could be improved and put the next steps into a practical order.

Think of it as a check-up for your online presence with a plan you can actually use afterwards.

How can an audit help your business?

Sometimes, small details create unnecessary obstacles. A missing contact link, an unclear service description or an out-of-date profile can make it harder for someone to choose your business.

An audit can help you:

  • Make a clearer first impression so visitors immediately understand what you do.
  • Make enquiries easier by helping potential customers find their next step.
  • Use your time better by focusing on the changes that truly matter.
  • Build confidence with consistent, useful and up-to-date information.
  • Make informed decisions before spending more money on marketing.

You may already have plenty of good things in place. An audit helps you build on those strengths, ensuring your marketing works harder for your business.

A small investment with a practical purpose

When you run a small business, both time and money matter. An audit gives you a focused starting point. Instead of spending hours guessing what to change, you have a plan that explains where to put your effort and why.

Some improvements may take just a few minutes, such as updating your contact details or adding a clearer enquiry link. Others may need more time or help, but you’ll know what they involve before deciding what to spend.

The value is in having a clearer direction and a plan you can work through around running your business.

How it works

Getting a clear, actionable review of your online presence is simple, straightforward, and tailored entirely to your business goals.

1. Tell me about your business

Share your website or social media link, what you offer, and what you’d like your marketing to achieve. Let me know about any particular concerns, too.

2. I review your online presence

I assess your chosen website or social media account and look at relevant competitors, keeping your unique business goals in mind.

3. You receive feedback and your plan

Your audit explains the findings in plain English. Your 30-day plan puts recommended changes into a manageable order, ready for you to carry out.

Your questions answered

Everything you need to know about our digital marketing audits, pricing, and how the process works.

Do I need to know anything about marketing?

No. Your audit is written in plain English, with recommendations that explain what to change and why. You don’t need a marketing background to get started.

Will you make the changes for me?

The audit includes the review, competitor review and 30-day action plan. You carry out the recommendations yourself. If you would like help making changes, we can discuss that separately.

Does the price include the competitor review and action plan?

Yes. The Social Media Audit is a flat fee of £99, and the Website Audit is a flat fee of £149. Both include a competitor review and a 30-day action plan.

Does a social media audit cover all my accounts?

Before booking, we’ll confirm which account or accounts are included, so you know exactly what will be reviewed.

Can I have both audits?

Yes. If you would like your website and social media reviewed, both audits total £248.

My business is very small. Is an audit still useful?

Yes. Even a simple website or social media page needs to explain what you offer and make it easy to contact you. An audit can help you focus on improvements that suit your stage of business.

Will I need to pay for advertising or new software?

Not necessarily. Many recommendations may involve improving what you already have. If a change could involve an extra cost, you can decide whether it suits your budget before going ahead.

Will an audit guarantee more enquiries or sales?

No audit can promise a particular number of enquiries or sales. It can identify obstacles, improve clarity and give you a more informed plan for your marketing.

What if I don’t have time to finish everything in 30 days?

The plan gives you an order to follow, rather than a deadline you must meet. Start with the priorities and work through the remaining steps at a pace that fits your business.

How long will the audit take?

I’ll confirm the turnaround time before you book, so you know when to expect your review and action plan.

What do I need to provide?

Your website or social media links, a little information about your business and what you’d like to achieve. If anything else is needed, I’ll explain it before the review begins.

Ready to see where you could improve?

You don't have to work everything out on your own. Get a clear review of your website or social media, honest feedback, and a practical 30-day plan to help you move forward. Social media audit: £99 | Website audit: £149.
